Overview

The Delete Client Certificate endpoint permanently removes a client certificate from your account. This action cannot be undone and will cause authentication failures for checks using this certificate. Common Use Cases:
  • Certificate Cleanup
  • Expired Certificate Removal
  • Security Incident Response
  • Resource Management
Deleting client certificates is permanent and will cause authentication failures for any checks using the certificate. Update dependent checks before deletion.
Before deleting certificates, identify and update all checks that depend on them to prevent monitoring failures.
